Coherent PowerLine F Twin combines two lasers into one system with one user interface. This creates a machine for faster work with a larger work area for marking.
The simple and economical laser marker doubles marking performance and work line throughput. It is mostly used for marking plastics and metals, including label marking, semiconductor marking and serialization of parts in trays or dies.
In fact, the new PowerLine F Twin series of laser markers doubles marking speed and field size. This system seamlessly combines two of our proven, economical, air-cooled fiber lasers into what appears to the user as a single marker. Physically, the markers are arranged so that the scanning fields overlap slightly, doubling the area that can be marked.
The PowerLine F Twin optionally includes Fast Focus Modules (FFM) for precise focusing prior to each marking task. This provides a great advantage when marking parts that have marking locations in multiple focal planes, such as semiconductor leadframes.
PowerLine F lasers use air-cooled fiber lasers with 20 to 50 W of power, designed for zero maintenance, high reliability and lower operating costs. And with variable pulsing up to 200 kHz, they're fast too!
