In December 2020, we delivered two 6-axis positioning systems - hexapods and their corresponding powerful control units from Physik Instrumente to ROHDE & SCHWARZ závod Vimperk, s.r.o. The delivery also included a breadboard from TMC, on which the hexapods and controllers are placed. This breadboard is characterised by its high flatness, its regular network of mounting threads and its ability to damp and isolate mechanical vibrations.
The hexapod assembly is used to position the converters away from the vector analyzer.
