The fluxmeter model 480 measures the total magnetic flux from which other quantities such as magnetic induction, magnetic flux density and magnetic field strength are determined. The fluxmeter is used for measuring magnetization and manual or automatic testing and sorting of magnets, and is the basis of systems for measuring BH curves and hysteresis.
