HighLight Fiber Lasers (FL) are industrial, multi-Watt fiber lasers for welding tasks that maximize operational flexibility with detachable process fibers. These lasers feature Coherent's unique multi-stage retroreflection system, which increases reliability and durability and enables safe processing of highly reflective materials, including brass, copper and aluminum. To maximize operational flexibility, HighLight FL products are equipped with either Fiber-Fiber-Switch (FFS) or Fiber-Fiber-Coupler (FFC) switches. The FFS allows the laser output to be quickly switched between up to four other separate process fibers, enabling time or power sharing between four single-laser workstations. FFC allows easy on-site process fiber swapping.
HighLight FL laser sources are available in Standard and Compact versions.
