COHERENT AP 530 M

The Coherent AP 530 M automated tube processing system is a fully automated manufacturing solution for surface texturing, marking and ablation processes of needles, cannulas and other tubular medical devices. It integrates robotic part handling, ultrashort pulse (USP) processing and subsequent machine vision inspection into a single, self-contained workstation. Job setup and execution is performed using simple options in the GUI menu. This maximizes productivity by reducing the need for operator intervention to several times per shift. Once processing begins, the operator simply inserts parts and removes finished pieces.
