Cryogenic Temperature Controllers

Temperature controllers for cryo applications are based on closed loop PID control, often referred to as feedback control. As a result, Lake Shore's temperature controllers are capable of covering a temperature range from 100 mK to 1500 K. The control loop includes up to 100 W of output power for the heating element.

Key Features

  • Temperature range from 100 mK to 1500 K
  • Up to four 100 W PID outputs
  • Wide range of temperature sensors supported
  • Ethernet, USB and IEEE-488 interfaces
