The AVIA LX is a diode-pumped, solid-state, Q-switched nanosecond laser that offers an unmatched combination of high reliability, excellent performance and low operation and maintenance costs. This is achieved, in part, by using the Coherent PureUV™ active laser source, which provides exceptional lifetime and maintenance-free operation. These features make the AVIA LX the ideal tool for high-performance, demanding yet cost-sensitive applications such as PCB and flexible material drilling, flexible material cutting, 3D chip package fabrication, IC package trimming and circuit board grooving. For system builders, the AVIA LX offers easy integration into laser tools due to its small footprint and simplified interface.
The AVIA LX combines high pulse energy and repetition rate with UV and green output, enabling fast and accurate material processing in manufacturing, solar cell packaging. The PowerLine AVIA LX laser enables drilling, cutting, grooving and surface removal of PCB/SIP panels as well as flex/LCP/LTCC processing, all while minimizing the heat-affected zone and without the need for additional cleaning.
