Fully automated, unattended laser marking system for precision marking of tubular parts, such as those used in medical devices, aerospace, automotive and wherever accurate part registration is important.
The AutoTube Marker system provides a complete automated solution to enable unattended operation. It includes robotic insertion/unloading of parts, machine vision with the ability to validate the content and legibility of the marked code, including checking the length and diameter of the marked part. The laser system can be equipped with one of many types of laser sources (fiber laser, solid state laser or USP laser) for best work results and 100% process control. The entire laser system is CDRH Class I and CE certified and Industry 4.0 compliant.
