The Coherent ExactWeld 410 is a compact but fully featured fiber laser micro-welding system that integrates CNC controlled work axes to reliably produce even complex shaped welds with high precision.
The Coherent ExactWeld 410 laser is designed for precision component manufacturers working with low to medium production volumes (100 - 5000 pieces/day). This makes it ideally suited for medical device manufacturers, precision sensor manufacturers and others who cannot compromise on weld quality but do not have sufficient production space or the need for faster and more sophisticated single-purpose production lines. The Coherent ExactWeld 410 system utilizes a suite of process monitoring tools that are managed through the Laser FrameWork system to facilitate validation, traceability and compliance.

- A camera is available to observe the process and monitor laser performance

- Opening sides allow processing of long workpieces or connection to manipulators for new part insertion.
