Linear axes with magnetic drive

Linear positioning axes with direct magnetic actuator use the principle of oscillating coil(Voice coil actuator), thanks to which the resulting positioning system is capable of fast dynamic movements with minimal friction, mechanical clearances and therefore minimal wear and tear leading to long system life.

The design of the individual product lines is optimized for specific applications such as high-precision actuators for optical elements (kinematic mirror holders), positioning systems for precise dispensing in production, scanning inspection systems, endoscopes, multi-axis plotters.

  • X, Y, Z axis positioning and combinations thereof
  • Resolution 10 - 20 nm
  • Range of motion 5 to 1000 mm
  • Positioning speeds up to 800 mm/s
  • Load capacities from a few tens of grams up to 50 kg
