For the Imaging Methods Service Laboratory at BIOCEV, in cooperation with Carl Zeiss, we have upgraded the existing equipment (confocal microscope with a tunable femtosecond laser Coherent Chameleon Ultra II extended with an OPO unit) with a delay line consisting of a precision linear axis LMS-270 from Physik Instrumente and a prechirp unit from APE.
This upgrade allowed the extension of the methods available on the microscope to include CARS (Coherent Anti-Stokes Raman Scattering) imaging.
