Microtiter plate reader

For routine measurements of luminescence spectra, the client required the supply of a 96-well microplate reader. The instrument had to be able to display the emission and excitation spectra for each well (excitation range at least 230-1000 nm, emission range at least 200-850 nm) and had to be controlled by control software.

For this task we chose the Plate Reader SC-41, which is also fully compatible with the FS5 modular spectrofluorimeter. The instrument is designed for automated reading of 96-well microtiter plates, can quickly display excitation and emission spectra for each well, and comes complete with control software and a filter set.
