On March 7 - 8, 2017, a workshop entitled "INTERACTIVE ANALYSIS OF MICROSCOPY IMAGES IN IMARIS" will take place at the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the CAS in Prague.
Together with BITPLANE we will present the software for image data analysis IMARIS:
- User-friendly interface and intuitive analysis
- Accelerated surface/volumedisplay on a graphics card
- Handling of large Terabyte datasets (*.ims - open source)
- Application-specific modules(Cell - Cell Biology, Lineage - Developmental Biology, Filament - Neurobiology and many more)
- Compatible with Matlab, Python, ImageJ
The introductory lectures will focus both on introducing the wide range of image analysis capabilities available in Imaris software(Daniel Reisen, PhD - Bitplane) and on the use of this software in research, to solve specific problems in the field of cell biology(Martin Anger, PhD - CELLIM CEITEC).
We will continue with hands-on workshops with the possibility of analyzing the registered participants' own data.
The lectures are free to attend, we look forward to your participation.
