On 24 April - 28 April 2017, the Institute of Molecular Genetics of the CAS (IMG) in Prague will host a course entitled "Processing and Analysis of Microscopic Images in Biomedicine".
This course, organized by the CENTRE OF MICROSCOPY - LM & EM under the guidance of Professor Hozák, aims to improve the participants in the field of analysis of image data from various methods within light, fluorescence and electron microscopy.
Together with BITPLANE we will present the software for 3D visualization and analysis of image data IMARIS:
- User-friendly interface and intuitive analysis
- Manipulation of voluminous data sets of Terabytes
- Application-specificmodules
- Compatible with Matlab, Python, ImageJ
The presentation of Imaris software will take place in the form of an introductory lecture and a hands-on workshop on Wednesday , April 26, 2017:
- 3D and 4D image visualization and analysis in Imaris (13:30 - 14:30)
- Imaris: Examples of interactive image analysis and visualization (14:20 - 15:55)
