Physik Instrumente launches the new Q-845 SpaceFAB ultra-compact positioning system based on parallel kinematics. The system thus complements the wide portfolio of hexapods. The basis of the system is the use of 6 Q-545 linear stages based on a piezoelectric inertia drive, which enable a considerable positioning range of the platform.
