The Coherent Matrix 355 is a new ultraviolet (UV) laser that has been specifically developed for the rapidly growing laser marking and coding market for plastics. This cost-effective and compact UV laser offers a wide range of high resolution marking options for a variety of coloured, white and black plastics. Powerful and compact design
The Matrix 355 emits a circular TEM00 beam and is available with a power option of 5 or 10 W, with fast pulsing up to 300 kHz. Newer models of this technology deliver approximately 50% reduction in cost and device size. Stable operation in a variety of conditions
The Matrix 355 uses a three-point kinematic mounting format, ensuring stable operation over a temperature range of 15 °C to 40 °C. Built-in thermal heaters minimize warm-up time, allowing for fast start-up and minimal standby transition time.
