More than a hundred years after the publication of Otto's Learned Dictionary, we at Optixs have decided to follow up this magnificent project with a slightly more modest undertaking. In our industry, we often find that for more complicated functions and terms related to our products, reliable information is often not available in English. We have decided to fill this gap and as a result we present you Optixs Educational Dictionary!
We hope that you will find the dictionary helpful for a better orientation in the subject matter or in the Czech terminology used in the industry. The vast majority of entries at the moment are microscopy entries: from Ablation to Wide-field. You can look forward to a gradual expansion of other topics.
