Hamamatsu has recently introduced the Quantaurus-QY Plus spectrometer, which is designed to measure the quantum yield of photoluminescence by the absolute method. Depending on the preferred wavelength range, two versions are available in a basic configuration - one for 300-950 nm, the other for 400-1100 nm.

Compared to its older version, the Quantaurus-QY Plus offers the possibility of three new extensions: an NIR module (covering the spectral region up to 1650 nm), a high sensitivity module (for low quantum yield values) and a photon up-conversion module.

A brochure describing the system can be downloadedhere.
