OCEAN HDX spectrometer with precision optics and powerful electronics

Ocean Optics introduced a new Fiber Spectrometer this year:

Ocean HDX(High Definition Optics & X-platform Electronics).

Inside the rugged 88.9 mm x 63.5 mm x 52.4 mm box, precision optics combined with powerful electronics (X-platform) make the entire assembly deliver the performance typical of large spectrometer systems. The Ocean HDX spectrometer dominates with its high spectral resolution, low level of unwanted stray light and excellent thermal stability.

It uses a sensitive back-illuminated CCD detector capable of covering the 200-1100 nm spectral region. The spectrometer's internal memory can capture and store up to 50,000 spectra. It supports communication via USB, Ethernet, WiFi and RS232.
