In June 2020, we carried out the installation of a clean cell for Herbacos Recordati, s.r.o. It is a closed structure with a small transition chamber, where the air supply is solved by laminar flowmodules SuSifrom Spetec, which provide air filtration up to ISO 5 purity.
The cell has a partial return air exhaust which recirculates through the aforementioned flowmodules.
Cell design
- The construction is made of suitable aluminium profiles
- The stands are fitted with adjustable feet
- The ceiling filling is made of polycarbonate chamber
- Side walls filled with polycarbonate
- Suction through particulate pre-filters
- Air recirculation via additional filters
- The cell houses the control panel for the integrated flow modules
SuSi flow modules
- Two to four prefilters depending on module size
- Particle filter class H14: According to the MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) method, 99.995% of particles > 0.12 μm and 99.9995% of particles > 0.3 μm are not permeable
- Easily replace the filter from the bottom (inside the cleanroom) via a cassette system containing the main filter. If necessary, the conventional method of changing the filter from above (outside the clean room) can still be used.
- The insulation factor is 104 - Under the laminar flow module, the air quality is 10000 times better than in the immediate surroundings. For example: an instantaneous environment of 1000000 particles/ft³ corresponds to
- Cleanroom class 100 according to US Fed. 209E, or ISO 5 according to DIN ISO 14644-1 and better (in the space below the flowmodule)
