SuSi flowmodules

The basic principle of the module is simple. The air around the module is sucked in by a radial fan through the cleaning filters and then driven down in parallel jets. Dust particles that are not captured by the inlet filters are entrained by the air stream and driven away from the space.

In addition, due to the resulting overpressure inside the box or otherwise enclosed space, it is not possible for additional dust particles to enter the space.

• Two to four pre-filters depending on the size of the module
• Particulate filter class H14: According to the MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) method, 99.995% of particles > 0.12 μm are impermeable and 99.9995% of particles > 0.3 μm are impermeable
• Easily replace the filter from the bottom (inside the cleanroom) via a cassette system containing the main filter. If necessary, the conventional method of changing the filter from above (outside the clean room) can still be used.
