Coherent CombiLine laser systems are complete laser systems for marking, engraving and annealing of material. Coherent CombiLine machines are customizable solutions that perfectly suit a wide range of complex laser marking applications and machine setups.

CombiLine machines provide accurate marking and easy operation. Even parts with complex shapes can be marked with ease. CombiLine laser marking systems include a motorized Z-axis for automatic focusing as well as a range of optional motion axes and laser types.

CombiLine systems can be chosen from a variety of configurations and sizes for standing or seated operators, with the option of a turntable (RT) or fixed work table (WT).

Coherent APP Suite software solution

The new APP Suite is a sophisticated 3D laser engraving software package developed by Coherent that leverages Coherent's years of laser expertise and extensive application experience. Thanks to intuitive operation via a 3D graphical interface, even complex engraving tasks can be quickly implemented and completed.

After loading the graphic files, the APP Suite software guides you step by step to the finished workpiece with continuous process control using the latest 3D algorithms and a unique CAD/CAM environment for planning almost all aspects of laser processing. While other CAD/CAM software solutions typically stop at G-code creation, APP Suite supports a flexible machine architecture that allows the user to plug in and execute the entire job at the touch of a button. This cutting-edge software solution has its roots in a number of sophisticated laser applications, such as 3D printing, and has now been adapted to COHERENT CombiLine marking machines to provide a simple solution for everyday engraving.

The APP Suite software covers all process-related aspects such as graphic visualisation, engraving strategies and laser and machine parameter settings. In addition, it includes all drivers and input/output information for direct control of CombiLine machines. This makes the optimization of the entire engraving process very easy, whether for an expert or a beginner, as each parameter can be controlled individually if required.
