Pulsed nanosecond diode-pumped passively q-switched Nd:YAG lasers from German manufacturer CryLaS. The laser design allows output at still hard-to-reach wavelengths in the UV region such as 213, 266 and 355 nm in a small footprint and at a favourable price. Thanks to the robust design, the lasers are characterized by long lifetime and high parameter stability.
In addition, the 213nm laser variant is equipped with a special output window that ensures long-term stability of the output parameters and minimizes the effect of impurity fouling on the output aperture.
