Coherent ExciStar is a compact excimer laser designed for easy integration with the rest of the system. The laser is based on ALMETA laser tube technology, which is the industry standard for high reliability and stable performance. The Excistar laser is currently one of the most widely used models of excimer lasers and is currently in operation in thousands of examples worldwide where it is used for example in eye surgery, marking of transparent plastics or in the production of optical sensors.
