In the laboratories of the new BIOCEV centre, in cooperation with Carl Zeiss, we have delivered a tunable femtosecond laser Coherent Chameleon Ultra II with the addition of an OPO unit for total tunability from 680 to 1300 nm.
The laser system is part of a confocal microscope assembly where the femtosecond laser is used for two-photon excitation of the sample.
