CleanBoy Maxi Flowboxes

Do you need Class 5 (DIN ISO 14644-1) cleanroom conditions for every workplace in production, service, research or laboratory? Spetec's CleanBoy® cleanroom workstation brings cleanliness exactly where it is needed. The CleanBoy® cleanroom workstation is available as a stand-alone or benchtop unit. It is easy to set up and is immediately ready to use without additional installation. The environmental cleanliness class is properly certified by an accredited laboratory.

The CleanBoy ® workstation consists of a laminar flow module of the"SuSi®" series and a supporting frame made of anodized aluminium profiles and a robust workbench.

The CleanBoy Maxi flowbox is available in 5 different sizes depending on the surface area of the filter unit:

Parameters

  • Two to four prefilters depending on module size
  • Particle filter class H14: According to the MPPS (Most Penetrating Particle Size) method, 99.995% of particles > 0.12 μm and 99.9995% of particles > 0.3 μm
  • Easily replace the filter from the bottom (inside the cleanroom) via a cartridge system containing the main filter. If necessary, the conventional method of changing the filter from above (outside the clean room) can still be used.
  • The insulation factor is 104 - Under the laminar flow module, the air quality is 10000 times better than in the immediate surroundings. For example: an immediate environment of 1000000 particles / m³ is equal to
  • Cleanroom class 100 according to US Fed. 209E, or ISO 5 according to DIN ISO 14644-1 and better (in the space below the flow module)
