IndyStar

IndyStar from Coherent is a robust, high-performance excimer laser designed for high repetition rates of up to 2000 Hz. The IndyStar excimer laser is characterised by a long service life, capable of generating billions of very short pulses at wavelengths of 193 nm and 248 nm. This is achieved thanks to ALMETA’s proven laser tube technology, which ensures the laser is certified to Semi-S2 standards. The IndyStar series is designed to meet the most demanding requirements for industrial applications.
