Product description

The M81-SSM system offers unique flexibility, allowing you to select a combination of current and voltage modules depending on the type of application. The modules can be freely configured for low-impedance 4-wire measurements and high-impedance tests with precise voltage and current control. Unlike conventional DC systems, it covers a wide frequency spectrum (from 100 µHz to 100 kHz), which allows noise bands (e.g., 1/f) to be avoided and the signal-to-noise ratio to be optimized.

MeasureSync™ technology ensures absolute time synchronization between all sources and measurement channels. This allows multiple samples to be tested simultaneously under identical conditions, resulting in consistent and reproducible data. In addition, each module can be precisely calibrated and controlled using MeasureLINK™ software, which offers intuitive scripting, measurement loops, and result visualization.

These features make the M81-SSM the ideal tool for complex transport and quantum measurements, including differential conductivity, spin transport, Hall measurements, photoconductivity, and thermoelectric characterization.
