TheSuper-Resolution Radial Fluctuation "SRRF" Stream is a very fast and flexible method for super-resolution microscopy available for iXon Life, iXon Ultra, Sona and ZL41 Cell 4.2 cameras . Since this method is primarily tied to EMCCD and sCMOS Andor cameras that can be installed on your existing microscope, there is no longer a need to purchase expensive dedicated super-resolution microscopy systems. In addition, the SRRF Stream can be operated with conventional fluorophores (e.g. GFP) under low illumination intensity, allowing observation of dynamic structures in living cells at the single molecule level.
- Compatible with your existing microscope
- Use of conventional fluorophores (e.g. GFP)
- Resolution 50 - 150 nm depending on parameters
- Low illumination intensities at excitac
- Super-resolution imaging speed > 10 frames per second (ROI)
Components required for SRRF-Stream
- EMCCD Andor cameras iXon Life or iXon Ultra, sCMOS cameras Sona or ZL41 Cell 4.2
- SRRF Stream license (enables SRRF-Stream on the camera)
- CUDA-compatible NVidia graphics card
- MicroManager or Andor SDK2
