As part of Laser Safety Week, we invite you to a free online webinar, "Laser Safety in Practice," which will clearly demonstrate how to navigate the requirements for laser workplaces and implement them in real-world operations.
The webinar will be led by Ing. Václav Šobr, a laser safety consultant and auditor at OptiXs. Václav has over 10 years of experience with both laboratory and industrial lasers, conducts mandatory safety training, and assists companies and institutions in setting up safety protocols in accordance with EN 60825-1 and EN 60825-4 standards.
During the 60-minute session, you will gain a practical overview of:
- the obligations of a laser equipment operator,
- the requirements for a compliant laser workplace,
- how to approach physical safety measures in various types of operations.
