Bitplane comes with a new version of its excellent image data processing software. Imaris 9 pushes the boundaries of image analysis when handling voluminous datasets. Efficient quantification andrendering of surfaces for objects within datasets of hundreds of gigabytes (GB) is now much faster and more reliable thanks to the "Billion Triangle Surface" model and other enhancements. In addition, these processes are designed for optimal use of computing power, so there is no need to invest in extremely powerful workstations.
- The triangle network specifies specific structures
- Surfaces are arranged in spatial blocks with different resolutions
- The resolution of the surfaces is adapted to the screen parameters
- Fast access to cached data - VRAM (GPU) and RAM
- Rendering of surfaces using multi-threading applications
Additional extensions:
- Ability to observe the cross-section of rendered surfaces(Surface slicer)
- Extended settings for Blend and Shading modevolume rendering options
- Zoom histograms within Display adjustments and Coloc
- Export tree diagram for Lineage module
