In 2020, Coherent has introduced an expansion of the LEAP excimer laser product line, now offering industrial solutions with 193 nm output.
The 193 nm wavelength has several advantages for micromachining and applications where nanometer-scale penetration depths need to be achieved. This new model will find applications in laser pulse deposition (PLD), for example.
