Assembly includes everything from precision joining, precision optical alignment to bend integration for optical assembly with minimized internal stress.
Metrology In the first phase of metrology, optical component surfaces are tested for potential errors. Based on surface roughness, interferometry and profilometry data, maps are created that detail the specific problem and its location. These findings are then applied to the manufacturing process, achieving surface error correction across low, medium and high spatial frequency bands.

This thorough metrology results in optics with unmatched surface accuracy and optical performance.
