Coherent provides powerful laser optics for all grades of quartz glass. The laser optics themselves feature AR, HR and polarizing beam splitter layers with output at wavelengths ranging from 193 nm to 1600 nm. To guarantee the highest quality, the optics are subject to rigorous metrology, which includes both damage testing and fluorescence measurements.
Key Features
- Extremely low absorption values - absorption is measured at every step of the manufacturing process, from the material in its pure form to its coating
- High resistance to laser damage
- Planar-concave silica lenses with diameters up to 200 mm
- Optics for all levels of quartz glass
- Spectral range UV to IR
The table below contains coating specifications for solid-state lasers with wavelengths of 266 nm, 355 nm, 532 nm, and 1064 nm, and excimer lasers (193 nm and above) and other wavelengths reaching up to the IR spectral region.
