1. Mobile flowbox on wheels
For the first workstation, we designed an aluminum frame in collaboration with the supplier, capable of supporting two Spetec FMS 93 - SuSi flow modules. In consultation with the customer, we installed a single module in the frame. The space for the second module is reserved for future expansion and is temporarily filled with polycarbonate. The walls consist of antistatic slats made of softened PVC extending to the floor, which ensure the isolation of the interior and allow operator access. The box is also equipped with LED lighting, a power strip, and heavy-duty casters for easy mobility in the workplace.
2. Integration into the existing setup
The second box, measuring 2.8 x 0.8 m, was constructed based on an earlier design from 2022 to match the existing series of flowboxes at the customer’s facility. The structure is made of steel profiles with a white, easily washable powder coating. The rear and side walls are made of plexiglass, while the front is fitted with PVC slats up to eye level. Two Spetec FMS 75 - SuSi flow modules are located in the ceiling. The equipment includes a Lontech ionization bar for eliminating static electricity, custom-made cleanroom tables, and white LED lighting. Control is provided by an external control module and a lighting controller (dimmer). Electrical cables are routed through the interior of the structure and sealed with grommets.
3. Foldable flowbox for confined spaces
The third box, measuring 2 x 0.8 m, is equipped with a single Spetec FMS 112 - SuSi flowmodule. The steel-profile structure with powder coating is complemented by black opaque PVC slats and adjustable LED lighting. Given the installation in a small space, we designed a foldable structure that allowed for on-site assembly. The box is also equipped with a power strip and an open profile for future monitor mounting.
