Differential Laser Interferometer SP-DI

The SP-DI series of laser measuring interferometers is a system for differential position and angle measurements with the highest accuracy by minimizing the dead path (the difference between the position of the reference and the measured object). The differential interferometer guarantees high long-term measurement stability.

The instrument is suitable, for example, for measuring positioning systems, for long-term measurement of mechanical properties of materials and dilatometry. It can also be adapted to be compatible with vacuum measurements.

Popis produktu

The principle difference in the measurement scheme compared to standard laser interferometers is the position of the reference mirror - in this case it is outside the sensor head to minimize the dead path (unused optical path). This design reduces environmental effects on measurement accuracy.

The sensor head is made of stainless steel as standard, but can also be supplied in invar or aluminium if required.

In addition to sales, we also arrange rental systems.
