ILT960 spectroradiometer

The ILT960 portable spectroradiometer from North American company International Light Technologies is suitable for radiometric measurements in laboratories, production halls and in the field thanks to its robust and compact design. The ILT960 is the follow-up to the successful ILT950 series. Compared to it, however, it delivers more effective suppression ofstray light and better thermal stability.

Key Features

  • Certified calibration (NIST/ISO17025)
  • Easy portability
  • Fast CMOS detector
  • Spectral range 180 - 1100 nm (depending on the type selected)
  • Calibration range 200-1050 nm (depending on selected type and input optics)
  • Robust and compact design
  • Low level of unwantedstray light
  • Optional input optics

ILT960 spectroradiometer versions according to spectral sensitivity range

  • ILT960UV (180-500 nm)
  • ILT9960VIS (180-850 nm)
  • ILT960BB (180-1100 nm)

Each of these versions can be used in combination with different input optics to optimize the entire assembly for different radiometric and photometric measurements.
