The result is precise vibration and length measurement on surfaces with any surface roughness.
LSV NG laser vibrometer
The laser vibrometer is equipped with FFT software for spectral analysis. Thanks to the non-contact vibration measurement, it can be used, for example, to determine vibration spectra, resonance frequencies of macro- and micro-objects or for non-destructive defectoscopy. The system is available with fixed and adjustable focal lengths. The LSV 120 NG measuring systems work with a fixed focal length that can be adjusted by means of interchangeable sleeves. The LSV 2500 NG vibration meters are equipped with an integrated lens that can continuously adjust the working distance from a few millimeters to several meters.
Nano vibration analyser NA
The Nano Analyser NA was developed by incorporating a laser interferometer for vibration measurement into a precision engineering microscope. Interfacing with the microscope brings the possibility of measuring vibrations even on micro-objects, simultaneous sensing via camera and flexible positioning of samples. It is well suited for measuring the dynamic properties of microstructures, MEMS and cantilevers.
