In additive manufacturing and 3D printing, UV lasers are primarily used for high-precision photopolymerisation of special resins (SLA) and micro-manufacturing. Operators are exposed to invisible short-wavelength radiation, the reflections of which can cause serious damage to the surface of the eye. The filters reliably block the hazardous UV spectrum, protect eyesight in strict accordance with the European standard EN 207, and offer exceptionally high clarity for unimpeded visual inspection.
