PowerLine Twin configurations significantly increase the throughput of laser machines by using two laser systems instead of one. Both systems allow simultaneous and asynchronous marking of a single workpiece with two lasers working together. The Twin concept is also very efficient when marking barcodes and serial codes on a large number of small parts because both lasers mark simultaneously and asynchronously. The entire system is controlled by a common hardware and software interface. Throughput is increased without a major redesign of the handling system or workstation and without increasing the complexity of operation for the user. The compact design of the entire system even makes retrofitting the Twin into systems originally designed for only one laser source possible in most cases.
The PowerLine Twin includes software and hardware interfaces that are equivalent to those of a single laser marker. For the outside world, the PowerLine Twin is like a single laser marker - so easy to integrate and operate, with an extended marking field and twice the speed.
