The Coherent ExactMark laser system offers a tailored solution that perfectly matches specialized laser marking and machine setup applications.

Coherent ExactMark provides accurate marking and simple operation in a compact, easy-to-use platform. ExactMark laser marking systems always include a motorized Z-axis for automatic focusing as well as a variety of optional motion axes and laser source types.

There are currently 3 models available: the ExactMark 210, ExactMark 230 USP and ExactMark 210 TL.

The ExactMark 210 is a flexible marking machine that provides the features and performance of larger and more expensive marking systems in a compact, easy-to-use platform. It is ideal for marking small to medium sized batches of machine tools, consumables, medical devices and electrical components.

Available with a choice of infrared (1064 nm), green (532 nm) or UV (355 nm) lasers, the ExactMark 210 can be configured to produce sharp, high-contrast marks on almost any material. The optional integrated vision system and simple user interface eliminates operator subjectivity and delivers excellent results every time.

ExactMark 230 USP

The ExactMark 230 USP is a highly integrated system that combines the PowerLine Rapid NX laser marker and motion hardware with user-friendly software to create high-contrast permanent marks on materials such as stainless steel, titanium, aluminum and various plastics.

All ExactMark 230 USP machines come with a vertical linear motion axis (Z) for focal height adjustment and can be configured with several other motion axes as optional accessories. Control is via an easy-to-use GUI with a 24" (610 mm) touchscreen monitor.

ExactMark 210 TL

The ExactMark 210 TL is a compact, automatic bin marking system designed for many different industries that increases productivity of large batches while reducing labor costs. The ExactMark 210 TL system is based on the proven ExactMark platform with a modular tray stacker that accommodates both trays and stack type trays (e.g. JEDEC pallets). The Laser FrameWork software package makes it very easy to program and operate.

The ExactMark 210 TL is available with a wide selection of IR (1064 nm) lasers and accessories such as PartVision (pre/post inspection vision system) and a barcode reader to simplify high volume applications.
