Coherent ExactWeld are high-end laser systems for automated precision welding of small metal or plastic parts, ideal for medical products, automotive electronics, sensors and more. ExactWeld includes a fiber laser (for welding metals) or diode laser (for welding plastics and polymers). The system includes robotic positioning, user-friendly software and an optional machine vision system. The ExacWeld system maximizes weld quality, production yield, process consistency and operator productivity. You can also take advantage of galvanometric scanning to perform high-precision welds on complex contours at high speeds.
The ExactWeld 230 and 430 systems are designed for metal welding, while the ExactWeld 230 P and ExactWeld IP systems are designed for plastic welding.
