In April 2019, we installed a tunable time-continuous light source at the Institute of Physics of the CAS, which consists of a point light source, a motorized monochromator and the relevant optical and mechanical components for interconnecting the two elements. The instrument will be part of a sophisticated system for spectral resolution of a time-integrated photoluminescence signal with enhanced sensitivity in the UV region.
System parameters
- EQ-99X light source based on LDLS (laser-driven plasma discharge to achieve a point source diameter of approximately 100 to 200 µm), average radiance ≥ 10 mW/mm2.sr.nm
- Czerny-Turner monochromator MSH-150 with control software, focal length 150 mm, continuously tunable output in the range 200-1300 nm, wavelength adjustment accuracy ±0.3 nm
- Common base, collimating and focusing optics
