PowerLine Avia NX UV

The AVIA NX UV laser provides an unbeatable combination of features and performance integrated into a single compact laser. Low operating costs and high reliability have been achieved by using the SoloBoard™ electronic interface, which reduces all laser management to a single main board and PureUV™ active laser engine. This has reduced the complexity of operation and maintenance to an absolute minimum. In addition, the design and construction of the AVIA NX UV are tested to the most stringent testing standards in the industry. The AVIA NX UV is ideal for applications such as drilling into PCB and Flex materials, 3D chip case fabrication, IC case trimming and wafer grooving. The AVIA NX offers easy integration into laser tools due to its small size and simplified interface.
