Product Description

Custom cells and boxes are ideal for assembly or inspection of components where it is necessary to prevent the presence of dust particles, typically assembly of optoelectronic devices. According to your requirements and needs, we will design, manufacture, and install the entire cleanroom cell, including your requested accessories. We leave the size to you, however, we can offer consultation when choosing the correct dimensions and necessary elements ensuring cleanliness.

SuSi Flow Modules

We install laminar flow modules (flow modules) from our supplier Spetec into the cells, enabling an easy and economically efficient way to equip the workplace with cleanroom conditions.

The basic principles of the module are simple. Air around the module is drawn in using a radial fan through cleaning filters and then driven down in parallel streamlines. Dust particles that are not captured by the intake filters are carried away by the air flow and driven out of the space.

  • The cleanroom class in the space below the flow module is 100 according to US Fed. 209E, or ISO 5 according to DIN ISO 14644-1 and better.
  • H14 particle filter: based on Most Penetrating Particle Size (MPPS), captures 99.995% of particles > 0.12 μm and captures 99.9995% of particles > 0.3 μm
  • Easy replacement of main filters.
  • Filter malfunction indication based on filter resistance measurement.

We offer flow modules in several size variants in the table below. It is also possible to add an optional external control panel on a 5-meter cable.
