COMPex

Coherent 's COMPex range of compact excimer lasers are designed for applications requiring high pulse energy. The COMPex laser can generate up to 700 mJ per pulse at a wavelength of 248 nm. All COMPex models feature extremely high pulse energy stability and spatial beam stability.

These lasers have a wide range of applications in spectroscopy and ionization, eye surgery, pulsed laser deposition (PLD), laser ablation and solid sample analysis.
