The iDus range of cameras includes both CCD and InGaAs sensors making them a versatile choice for most spectroscopy applications. The wide range of sensors (front illuminated, back illuminated) for each model gives the possibility to choose the optimal solution for each application.
Key features
- Quantum efficiency up to 95%
- Thermoelectric cooling down to -100°C
- UltraVac TM vacuum sensor technology (5 year vacuum warranty)
- USB data interface
Specific models:
-
iDus 416 CCD - camera with LDC-DD (Low dark Current - Deep Depletion) sensor is ideal for the NIR region due to its high sensitivity and low dark current. It is also worth noting the large sensor width of 30 mm, which allows the sensor to display a wider spectral band compared to other sensors(Description of LDC-DD sensor technology)
-
iDus 401 and 420 CCDs - thanks to the wide range of sensors (front illuminated, back illuminated) these are versatile cameras for spectroscopy in the UV to NIR region.
-
iDus InGaAs - cameras with InGaAs detectors for spectroscopy in the 0.8 µm to 2.2 µm range. The sensors are thermoelectrically cooled down to -90°C where they achieve the best signal-to-noise ratio.
