Xenon lamps

Xenon lamps have an almost smooth spectral output in the ultraviolet and visible spectral regions and can provide an intense collimated or focused output beam. This makes them one of the most widely used light sources for UV-VIS spectroscopy. In addition, due to their high chromaticity temperature (6000-6500 K), they are the preferred source for solar simulators.

LOT Quantum Design 's xenon lamps are divided into three basic groups according to the required power: 75-150 W, 300 W and 450-1200 W. For each power series, a different housing is used, which integrates the high-voltage starting circuit, the collection and collimation optics, the back reflector, the cooling fan, the adjustment elements and all other necessary electronics.

Parameters

Thanks to the modular approach, certain components (Xe lamps, capacitors) can be configured to best optimize the entire light source for your specific application. A wide range of optional accessories are then available for further manipulation of the output beam (focusing, dimming, binding, splitting, etc.).
