COHERENT PowerLine FL laser subsystems are economical single-mode modular fiber laser subsystems with options including scanning optics, heat sink and process monitoring. The entire assembly is controlled by a single Laser Framework software package.
The PowerLine FL series simplifies the integration of laser cutting and/or welding into existing production lines. The optional SmartWeld technology for combining high beam quality even at very high welding speeds enables wide and very small seam geometries. As a result, the PowerLine FL laser produces weld joints with excellent strength while minimizing heat input to the workpiece. A power output of up to 1.5 kW ensures deep weld penetration. Get CW and pulse output in one machine: from single pulses to 5 MHz repetition rates. SmartSense+ technology can then track and monitor the entire welding process.
The Coherent PowerLine FL can operate in continuous CW or ullage mode with frequencies from single pulses up to 5 MHz. Choose the SmartWeld+ workhead for mixed and thin materials or the SmartSense+ to monitor the work process.
Work surfaces from 55 x 55 mm to 260 x 260 mm (larger on request).
