Richard Schuster at OptiXs specializes in products related to surfaces: be it optical lithography, the measurement of optical and mechanical properties of surfaces and thin films, or the measurement of surface topography. Within these "surface matters" he is in charge of scientific and industrial applications. He graduated from the Faculty of Nuclear and Physical Engineering at CTU and his thesis focused on optimizing the synthesis of nanoparticles and modeling their optical properties.
Richard has been working at OptiXs since August 2017. What he particularly enjoys about his work as a product specialist is the opportunity to delve into customer problems and find appropriate solutions. He enjoys spending his free time in the mountains or by the river, always keeping his adrenaline levels up.
